Downloading From and Uploading to a URL Synchronously

You can use the following synchronous functions to download and upload information from a URL:

• URLSimpleDownload downloads data from a URL into a file or directory.
• URLSimpleUpload uploads data from a file or directory to a URL.
• URLDownload downloads data from a URL reference.
• URLUpload uploads data to a URL reference.
